As an important part of our Festival Team we provide volunteers with ongoing support before and during the Festival, as well as:
> A Volunteers' briefing workshop where we outline in more detail the tasks involved and what you can expect from us
> A Volunteers' Handbook
> A free ticket to see a show for those volunteering 4 hours+
> Refreshments during the Festival
> An invite to join us at the end of the Festival Celebration Buffet on Sunday evening.

If you would like to join us as a volunteer, please complete the Volunteer’s Application Form and return it to Andy Glen (Volunteer Coordinator) ASAP and no later than Friday, 13th September via email to andyglen07@hotmail.com or by post: to Festival Office, Skipton Puppet Festival, 18 Airedale Terrace, Skipton, North Yorkshire. What Happens Next?
We will draw up a volunteer rota of duties and contact you to confirm your commitment. All volunteers will receive an individual schedule of their involvement. Come to the briefing session if you can! Some volunteers coming from a distance may want advice on accommodation or may know someone else who might be interested in volunteering. Whatever the query, do contact us.
We want you to enjoy your involvement with the Festival and the opportunity it will give you to see some stunning puppet performances and help make the event a success for our audiences.
